Our students paid an ode to our nation in the Australia India Disability Hip-Hop Project this International Day Of Persons With Disabilities.
Putting up a vibrant group dance performance to the soulful tune of Vande Mataram, they left us all in awe with their coordination, teamwork and clear execution. Needless to say, the outstanding effort was met with loud applause from the virtual audience.
The event was held at Kolkata Centre for Creativity on December 3rd to recognise and engage in a dialogue about the well-being of persons with disabilities, and the transcultural exchange that took place left the audience feeling touched.
