ICanFlyy International School bagged the first prize in the Non Flame Cooking category of the competition held at Sushila Birla School on 2nd December 2023. ICFI was represented by Meghna Sood and Kushboo Kothari. They made Bread Dahi Vada and it was plated and served in the outer layer of a banana flower showcasing ICanFlyy International School’s non flame cooking kitchen as a zero waste and a sustainable kitchen. The dish had a very funky name given to it “Chat Ki कश्ती Mein”.
