Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore is our National Bard was born on 7th May 1861. To commemorate his 164th birth anniversary ICanflyy International School organised a day filled with song and dance. Students came dressed in ethnic clothes. There was music, dance and recitation. A photograph of Gurudev was beautifully decorated with flowers. Two brass pots (Urlis) were decorated with bright flowers and placed next to the photo. Students and teachers sang Rabindra Sangeet. Some students danced and some recited Gurudev’s poetry. It was an enriching day at ICanFlyy.
