Our founder director Dr. Minu Budhia was invited to do an interactive session at the American Center, Kolkata on 11th December 2024. The topic for the session was Diversity, Equity, Inclusivity, and Accessibility (DEIA). She spoke to a group of entrepreneurs who were eager and looking at implementing DEIA in their business. Dr. Budhia spoke about her workspace and how inclusivity, equity and accessibility is implemented. She shared few of her life experiences with the audience. The workshop ended in a Q&A session where Dr. Budhia answered queries raised by the audience.
