It was a double celebration on 14th August 2025 – Independence Day and Janmashtami. Students came in dressed in vibrant Indian clothes. Some came dressed as Krishna and Radha. The celebrations started with some patriotic songs and dance. This was followed by the younger students dancing along with their teachers to a song on Lord Krishna.
The students then decorated a bamboo flute with tri colored ribbon and peacock feather. There was a lot of excitement and cheer among the students. The day ended with all singing the national anthem.
