Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose’s birthday on January 23 is observed annually as Parakram Divas (Day of Valour) in India, honoring his bravery. We at ICFi celebrated this national hero on 22nd January 2026. The students made a beautiful art work of Netaji by tearing and pasting technique. The students were shown a video on Netaji and they discussed about Netaji’s patriotism and his contribution to our country’s freedom.
It was a double celebration at ICanFlyy International on 22nd January 2026. We celebrated Saraswati puja and Republic Day together. The students came dressed in Indian ethnic clothes in festive colours. The day started with unfurling the Indian flag and singing the national anthem. The students then decorated the space where the idol of goddess Saraswati was placed. They made Alpana with their teachers, then decorated the space with yellow, orange marigold flowers. The students and teachers did puja and sweets were distributed. A craft work was done which the students took home along with some chocolates made by them. The celebrations, like every year was full of good and positive vibes.
