26th April was a busy day at ICanflyy International School. We were getting ready to celebrate the birthday of our cheer leader Mr. Sanjay Budhia, director Patton. The 4th floor was decorated with colourful balloons and streamers. A big caramel cake was in place. Sanjay sir and our founder director Dr. Minu Budhia arrived with Shri. H.P.Budhia, Uma ma’am and Sushila Ma’am (Minu Ma’am’s mother). They were welcomed at the gate and escorted to the 4th floor. Our student Sachi welcomed Sanjay sir with an arti and put tilak on sir’s forehead. This was followed by a sholk rendition by Sreemoyee and Anubhav. They invoked lord Ganesh and prayed for Sanjay sir’s health and longevity. Students- Raghav, Akshay, Anshuman, Pragati, Ojhasvi and Abhishree performed to a medley of heart touching songs. After the performance Sir gave a heartfelt thank you note followed by a short speech by Dr. Minu Budhia. The caramel cake was cut. Group photos were clicked. The celebration ended with Sanjay sir feeling happy and touched by the whole programme. He promised to be our cheerleader as always.
