On 5th September, we came together to celebrate the people who make a difference in our children’s lives every single day—our wonderful teachers! The day was also an occasion to pay tribute to the great Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, whose birthday is celebrated as Teachers’ Day across our country.
There was excitement, happiness and a special warmth in the air as we prepared to make this day memorable for our teachers. Our students arrived dressed in their casual best, carrying with them their enthusiasm and eagerness to celebrate the people who guide, nurture and believe in them.
The celebration was filled with little moments that touched our hearts. Some students expressed their love through beautiful dance performances, some recited poems, while others spoke a few heartfelt words about their teachers. Every performance, every word and every gesture was a reminder of the beautiful bond that children share with their teachers.
Our Founder Director, Dr. Minu Budhia, spoke about the significance and responsibility of being a Special Educator. She reminded the team of the importance of their role in shaping young lives and acknowledged their hard work, patience and unwavering dedication. She congratulated the entire team for their commitment and the love they bring to their work each day.
As a gesture of gratitude and appreciation, gifts were presented to all our teachers and helping staff. The day concluded with a delicious lunch shared by everyone, leaving us with happy hearts, beautiful memories and smiles all around.
At ICanFlyy International School, Teacher’s Day is special as all our teachers are celebrated. The students and teachers came dressed in smart casuals. There was singing and dancing where the students and the teachers both enthusiastically participated. The teachers were treated to a hearty lunch. It was a fun filled day.
