Special educators and experienced industry professionals provide training tailored to the unique needs of each student. Our unparalleled on-site job training equips students to work independently in a home set-up or under minimal supervision at various workplaces. The supervision required and the type of work the student is prepared for is decided keeping in mind the mental and the physical capabilities of the student.

We follow the NIOS curriculum in Academics. This includes:

At our Weaving Studio, our students warp and weft creativity and skill, weaving hopes, dreams, and love into fabric.

Our special needs students are stitching, decorating, and creating not only beautiful handmade products but also a bright and colourful future at our Sewing, Stitching & Crochet Studio.

The Art & Craft studio at icanflyy is taking creativity to a new level. You can get handcrafted gifts for any and every occasion. Unique bookmarks, gift bags and tags, coasters and more are designed and created by our talented special needs young adults at icanflyy.

This Training programme at ICanFlyy enables the Specially abled to be a part of the Café ICanflyy. The students are trained to welcome the guests, allot them tables, handover menu cards and feedback forms.

Students of Icanflyy are trained to be part of the reception desk. They are trained to answer phone calls, help the regular staff in filing bills and documents, receiving guests who visit the facility.
